Recovery of Immobilized Streptavidin-Magnetic Beads

Dear Netters,

Does anyone have a procedure for recovering magnetic bead-immobilized 
streptavidin which has been used to remove biotinylated molecules from 
solution.  I believe there was some discussion a short while back about 
this, unfortunately I didn't save it.  Thanks in advance.
