Hey! I'm looking for a method to denature genomic DNA going on to a slot blot. Is boiling in 50% formamid sufficient? I'm not getting any signal from genomic slots denatured in this way. Any suggestions??????? Andy Lloyd (c/o E85J at UNB.CA)
