re looking for a small vector

Hi Sun

Re your request for a small vector, less than 3kb with both Amp and Kan,
how about pBR327.  Only 2.7 kb and both Amp and Tet.  If not that, then
how about pBG
S..., a series of pUC look-alikes with Kan instead of Amp and
only 2.9 kb.  Other than that, I can't think of anything else today.
