UGA suppressors

Dear Netters,
I have been trying to express proteins in E.coli UGA suppressor strains
Cells harboring the plasmids grow fine and produce a lot of wild type
proteins although I don't see any suppression of UGA.  I have some
specific questions to ask from others who are working with UGA
