Hi Netters, I am rerunning this message because some of my previous letter got clipped away during trasmission. I beleive DMSO is used in certain PCR to increase the amplification of the specific traget sequence and to decrease non-specific amplification. Does anyone know how DMSO acomplishes this? Bye.
