Need lacI+ F' with NO lacZ (alpha).

Hello 

Are any of you using an E. Coli with a lac mutation that deletes all the lacZ 
coding region while leaving the repressor and its promoter ? I don't want
any complemeting fragments left around.

Episomes or host chromosome deletions are both suitable, as well as lac IQ 
varients.
