YAC library of rat genome

Dear Colleagues:
	I am posting this on behalf of my colleague, Libby Blankenhorn, who
would like to know if there exists somewhere a YAC library of rat genome.  She
has a project that could enormously benefit from such a library, and she will
not have to construct one herself.  Please reply to me at
