Long Ranger (tm) gels

Has anyone out there had any experience with Long Ranger (tm) gels
from AT Biochem? The manufacturer claims faster runs, band spacing
similar to that of wedge gels, and stronger gels. Is any or all of
this true, or just more commercial hype? Do you think it's
substantially superior to plain old acrylamide?
