I have been doing some amplification of Maize Rayado Fino Virus (
MRFV), which is an ssRNA virus and I got amplification of a control (0 elongati
on time for the rth-transcriptase enzime). Some told me that the TAQ enzime has
rth-transciptase activity also, has someone heard something about that?
