Oligo purification via urea gel??

Dan, a gel-box and power supply are well under $1000, and most mol.bio labs are
lousy with them... an HPLC set-up has how many zeroes in the price tag? HPLC
*IS* an excellent oligo prepper, but not everyone's got one, dude.
