Dear Networkers,

Are any of you interested in trying the difference based cloning (RDA =
representational difference analysis) described by Lisitsyn et al. in
Science 259:946, but find the required primer construction kind of
pricey? Does anyone know of a source supplying kits with aliquots of the
relevant primers, similar to those available for RAPD analyses? If not,
I have asked Operon Technologies if they intend to market such kits and
they said they would if there were sufficient demand. Their cost would
be about $1200 for 3 sets of 3 primer pairs, but only ~$150 if sold as a
kit. If this interests you, please call them at (800) 688-2248 and say
so.

Thanks for any info,
