We are using RT-PCR to amplify mRNAs from human tissues and are looking for a set of primers we could use as a control. We thought that tubulin may be useful for this purpose. Would anyone be willing to provide us with a sequence for a set of primers for human tubulin. Does anyone know of a better control to use when attempting semi-quantitative PCR?
