EcoRI positive E. coli

Hi netters,

We are looking for a method to select for DNA that has been methylated
in teh EcoRI sites.  We figure that transforming plasmids into an 
overproducing EcoRI strain of E. coli would do the job.  My question:
Can anybody suggest a good strain and the source for that strain?
