I have observed that DNase treated RNA, used for RT-PCR sometimes is amplified, eventhough the reverse transcriptase is omitted. Has anyone experience with reverse transcriptase activity in Taq polymerase during RT-PCR. Please answer me at: nelleman at biobase.aau.dk
