DNA cleavage in a RNA/DNA mixed oligo ?

We synthesized a mixed DNA/RNA oligo on the machine. I 5' endlabeled
the oligo after purification and could easily determine the
positions where I have RNA either by alkaline hydrolysis or T2 digest.
Question: Does anybody know of a similar method to determine the
positions where I got DNA ? DNAse I does not work,I guess it needs
the B-form. The oligo is probably folded partially into a helix
and partially single-stranded.
