pSPORT-1 and -2

What is the conventional wisdom of using a plasmid vector such as pSPORT-1
(or its sister pSPORT-2) say about transformation and cloning efficiency
when making cDNA libraries for Subtractive cloning?  Can one reliably get
100,000 to a million recombinants?
