Know this was discussed some time ago, but I can't find it in my email files, so will you indicate the approx. date &/or comment on the performance of the MJ Research thermal cycler's heated lid - am interested in using it for ABI cycle sequencing Rxns
question #2 - will 20 microL. Rxns w/o oil overlay REALLY work?
