When you do an ethanol wash of a DNA precipitate do you try to resuspend the
pellet and spin, rinse the pellet and spin, rinse the pellet and just dry...

I prefer the in and out method because it reduces sample loss. Just add one ml 
ice-cold 70% EtOH to the tube containing the pellet and remove after 5-10 
seconds. Repeat if necessary then air dry or lyophilize.
