Does anyone has experienced biotinilated protein standards on SDS-PAGE? I cannot get bands with the same intensity despite the fact that the supplier gives a "nice" picture with equally intense bands. Any feedback very welcomed. Sorin Damian sdamian at cancer.oncology.mcgill.ca
