Detection of Carbohydrate

I work with a small glycoprotein. I would like to enzymaticaly remove
the carbohydrate and then separate the carbohydrate and the protein
moiety (using chromatography). I am looking for a method sensitive
enough to detect 0.01 - 0.1 mg of the released carbohydrate.
