How to purify single stranded DNA fragments?

Hi,

I want to purify single stranded DNA fragments of about 1 kb in length. Is 
anyone aware of some small easy to use little column that would do this. 
As I know, most small columns work fine with ds DNA fragments, but may not 
do so well with single stranded fragments. I want to avoid doing gels, 
phenol extractions or ethanol precipitations since I have several thousand
samples waiting. Any ideas?
