Dear netters:
Does anyone have good ways to extract proteins from cultured cells?
The perfect method would have all the following features:
1. Can be done in small volume.
2. Does not interference with protein assays such as the Bradford method.
3. Extract everything, no preferential solubility of different kinds of
proteins.
4. Can be ready for loading onto protien gels (SDS-gel or nondenaturing gel)
without the need of further purification.
Thanks for any suggestion!
Song-Muh
