Dear Netters, I wish to know if CTAB can be used to separate different sized DNA for sequencing purposes. Can one adjust the concentration of the solution so that DNA of a certain size will stay in the solution and DNA of a different size will be precipitated? Thank you in advance for relevant info. Xuhua
