In vitro transcription/translation

I've got a problem with translation of RNA transribed from clones
in pBluescript KS+. RNA transcribed from the T3 promoter is
translated efficiently, RNA transcribed from the T7 promoter is 
translated inefficiently or not at all! My transcripts are capped and 
I translate in retic lysate.
Have I got a problem with polylinker sequence? Stratagene havent heard 
of a problem, does anyone out there know better?
