btw - MB works for RNA blots as well. I generally use it to stain the
marker lane after transfer onto nylon (Hybond-N) by soaking 0.04% MB, 0.5 M
NaOAc, pH 5.2 for 5 min. Brief rinsing w/ H2O usually reveils nice bands
with eg. 4 ul BRL 0.24-9.5 kb RNA ladder....
