Hello
        Does anybody know if it exists a database of consensus
cis-sequences, which are recognized by eukariotic transactivators (ie DNA
binding proteins).
        The aim is to search a new sequenced promoter with this database
like with an restriction enzyme list. If it exists, where can I find it ?
