In a previous article, rbonfigl at waite.adelaide.edu.au (Rod Bonfiglioli) says:
>i am trying to make 5' phosphorylated synthetic oligos. i have considered using

>maybe know a good source of reagents for such a procedure????
I think most DNA synthesizer reagent supplier (I know Cruachem does) sell
5'-phosphate on phosphoramidite which just adds the 5' phosphate. I have
never tried it so I don't know how well that works.
