Tet-z RT-PCR in one tube

Has anyone got a protocol for RT-PCR, a one tube reaction, using Tet-z 
enzyme (Amersham)?  I have tried to do the RT-PCR in one tube using Tet-z 
enzyme according to what Amersham suggested, but it failed.  If anyone have
