Non-isotopic library screening

Dear Netters,
   I am considering screening a library with cDNA probes using a
non-isotopic method. I have some product information on the USB colony
images kit which uses biotinylated probes but as I have not tried this
before I would appreciate hearing from people who have.  Any suggestions on
other systems that are available and your opinions on them would also be
appreciated :-).
