MMT or TFA Amine Linkers for Oligos?

MilliGen/Biosearch sells two kinds of amine linkers for oligos:
			N-TFAc-Hexanolamine Linker
			N-MMT-Hexamolamine Linker

The TFA linker is base labile, and the MMT linker is acid labile.  Any
major advantage (or disadvantage) to using one of the linkers, or is it a
toss-up?
