Pouring sequencing gels w/o leaking

To add my tuppence, I was inspired by the description of the
tapeless gels and although it took me a couple of tries (mainly
due to insufficiently clean plates) I think I have now mastered
this delightful new technique.  So, thanks to those who 
suggested it;  I recommend it highly, and it has really
impressed the students in our lab (who tend to use 
2m of tape to seal their plates), making them marvel anew at
the expertise of senior postdocs......  ;-)
