SDS exchange, was Re: SDS removal from proteins after PAGE.

A related question. 
Does anybody know how to exchange SDS for deuterated SDS in protein 
solutions. 
I am afraid dialysis might prove to be inefficient as the monomer 
concentration of SDS is low and the exchange probably only depends 
on monomers passing the membrane.
