Tth polymerase

  Dear all,
            I am seeking info on the comparative advantages, or 
  otherwise, of Tth polymerase over taq ( or even Tth v. RTase).
  Panaccio and Lew (1991) briefly report Tth being able to function
  in a greater level of blood impurities than Taq. Any further 
  comments or leads would be very welcome.
