Hi netters Does anyone know whether a pUC-based plasmid into which we clone an origin of replication from pACYC will be stable and which ori will be used in E. coli? If the pACYC ori is cloned into an RK2-based plasmid will this construct be stable and which ori will be used in E. coli? Many thanks, Jennifer Thomson
