Oops, Benny Shomer didn't actually say the colonies on his control
plates were blue. This makes it more difficult. However, I'd still
say you could do worse than make 10 minipreps and hope you get the
right one. But then find out what is wrong with the CIP before
doing more blunt end ligations...
