Hello fellow netters:
I'm presently undertaken mRNA isolation using oligo(dT)cellulose
packed into columns. I'm doing this because I'm carrying out a
quantitative analysis of some types of mRNA. So as using oligo(dT)
cellulose could become very expensive and I have massive numbers of samples
to isolate...I was wondering if there was a suitable method reusing theses
columns "many" times.
Thanx, Juan
