FAR-WESTERN BLOTS

Hi netfolks
I would be grateful if anyone could send me their protocols for far-western 
blots.  Specifically, does a denaturing-renaturing cycle on the blot help.
I would be happy to post a summary.

Sorry I should have made myself clearer...in far western blots
the protein on the blot is detected by another protein, not an
antibody.
