Vector contamination

If the vector sequences are now annotated, that means they know they are
there.  Why don't they remove the damn things!  Kind of makes you
wonder about the human genome project.  Seems to me the whole thing fosters
the sloppy science you're talking about.  Sequence more bases, cheaper and 
faster!!  Leave it to the poor slobs doing real science to sift through the 
crap.  Better be careful though, make too many mistakes and the patent
may not be valid!
