I'm trying to extract DNA from cartilage.  Lots of unwanted proteoglycan  
glop coprecipitates with the DNA.

I posted a query recently; thanks for the suggestions.  I'm trying CTAB.

Anybody have experience using hyaluronidase to degrade the cartilage matrix?
