Has anyone had any trouble using the cloning vector pOK12? I find that a number of my constructs made using this vector give strange concatamer patterns when run on a gel undigested. I also suspect some of my clones to be unstable. Thanks, Wayne Woods Dept. Microbiology University of Melbourne
