Selenomethionine

We are considering making selenomethionine proteins using met- E.Coli.

Does anyone have any tips for purification? (we have a good method for
purifying the S-met variant of our protein.)

I heard somewhere that it is important to have 10mM DTT in the purification 
buffers but this is not desirable.

Does anyone have any experience with purifying selenomethionine proteins?
