help: neomycin-resistance gene

We want to construct a vector that will confer kanamycin/neomycin
resistance in Chlamydomonas by expressing the neomycin
phosphotransferase gene. The vector we've designed has a Chlamydomonas
promoter and polyadenylation signal.  What we need is the npt coding
sequence complete with a translation start that will work in a
eucaryote. Can anyone help?
