Dear Readers, I have been trying an immunoprecipitation method using chicken polyclonal antibody as the primary antibody. I wondered if a thiophilic gel could be used to capture the antigen-antibody complex. I would appreciate your comments on the feasibility of the procedure. I would also like to know the possible sources for thiophilic gels. Thanking you AMRUT
