Hi all: We're in the market for a PCR machine but can't afford a Rolls. What's the next best thing? We are considering Strategenes Robocycler, Biotherms BioOven II, Techne PHC-3, or the Gene Machine Jr. Comments from those familiar with these machines would be much appreciated. MvS
