E.coli x2913

Hello, netters!
I am looking for an E.coli host strain called x2913.  We have a newsgroup
similar to this at our institution on which I have already posted this request,
so if anyone has it "in-house" I should know soon.  However, I have already
asked everyone I can think of and looked in the ATCC catalog, as well as
more commercial catalogs and I can't find it.  
Does anyone have some of this that they could send me?  Please send me a direct
