Joyce-Leung Random PCR Mutagenesis

Techniques which take advantage of the lack of proof reading in the 
Taq polymerase seem to be catching on. I am interesting in how the 
randomization mutagenesis procedure described by Leung is working 
for people out in the field. Note this is not a chemical or site
directed approach, but simply a PCR reaction with error-prone conditions.
