Flourescein labeling- Help!

        There is a company (I don't recall their name right off but have seen
their ads in Science) who makes a product called Fluorescein-On (they also
make Biotin-On).  Evidently a vial of Fluorescein-On is added on to your
Oligo synthesizing machine in the slot reserved for inosine and such and
is added into the synthesized oligo as would a phosphoramidite nucleotide.
If you are synthesizing your own primers this would probably be your best bet
for easy labeling.  However, the stuff probably costs a fortune!
