Automatic and Semi automatic plate fillers

We are trying to find a vendor or person who has a good and reliable method for filling 96-well
dishes with medium automatically or semiautomatically.  Obviously a Biomek is a good choice
but it costs over 10x what we wish to spend.  We have seen one-shot devices from costar and
from bellco.  Flow labs makes one (Microtek microdrop) but its ~$8k.  Any suggestions?
