non-RI detection of nucleic acid

Hi!  I would like to switch to non-radioactive Northern/Southern/colony/plaque
hybridization.  I have found many kits and systems.  So I would like to ask
which kits works well.  Is it sensitive enough for genomic Southern 
hybridizatrion?  Can I use it for screening?  Is it possible to reuse the
filter with another probe?  Any comments are welcome.  I will post their 
summary afterwards.  Thanks.
