Hi everyone,thank you Raj.  I thought I was the only one confused about
Andre's mail!!  My understanding of the couple of mini gel tests were to
say that sequenase systhesizes "fuller lengths probes with higher degree of
incorporation"; am I right?
The size of the probe (long or short) is not a problem as long as I am sure
about the general size of the product. And I prefer it to be smaller,
because it fits nicely with what I am trying to do and investigate.
